NHM Haryana MLHP CHO Recruitment 2021: Sarkari Naukri, National Health Mission, Haryana has released the notification in which they are inviting applicants for the 671 post of Mid Level Health Providers / (CHO) Community Health Officer.

Download NHM Haryana CHO Recruitment 2021 Notification
Age Limit
Minimum age required for recruitment is 18 years and candidate should not be of more than 42 years. Age relaxation is given to reserved categories as per Haryana government rules.
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must hold BAMS or B.Sc./Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Degree and completed 6 month Mid-Level Health Provider’s Bridge Course Programme on Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (BPCCHN) from from any recognized state university
OR
- Should have completed B.Sc./Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Graduates who have done their degree with Mid Level Health Provider’s Certificate Course (BPCCHN)
OR
- Have done B.Sc. / Post Basic Nursing and appearing in final year exam with integrated Mid Level Health Provider’s BPCCHN Course. For this they must have to produce final year Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) with copies of all previous year DMCs at the during document verification process. If candidates gets failed to produce DMC then they can’t go for final selection process.
- Hindi/Sanskrit language knowledge upto Matriculation level.
Salary
Selected candidates will get salary under pay band -2 , PB-2 ₹ 9300 – 34800 – 4800 – 18750 each month. This will be in accordance to Service Byelaws prescribed for employees of NHM Haryana.
- For initial 05 years, monthly honorarium of Rs. 25,000/- will be given
- After completion of 05 years’ satisfactory service, salary & all increment / allowances will be given as per pay band only i.e. P B-2-9300-34800-4800-18750.
- Benefit of Annual Increment of 5% on initial salary after completion of 6 months satisfactory service.
Selection Process
Selection of candidate will depend on their performance in written exam and interview. Written exam is going to happen from 15 February 2021.
