Educational Qualification

Candidate applying for Medical Officer Recruitment must have done MBBS or equivalent qualifications from recognized college or university and it’s degree should be authorized by Medical Council of India.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Application Fee

Unreserved candidates have to pay sum of Rs. 500 of online application form. Reserved category candidates who are from SC, ST, OBC  & PWD Candidates of MP State have to pay  Rs. 250

MPPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2021 Notification Released: Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission 2021 has uploaded the recruitment notification on their site : mppsc.nic.in. They are inviting aspirants to apply for vacant posts of Medical Officer which includes Non-Medical posts.

To read the notification in detail candidates are requested to go below and head over to direct links. If you are interested and eligible enough for the post can apply online for it from 18 December , Submission of application form will end on 17 January 2021.

Instructions from authority has been given that aspirant must have to send print copy of filled application form to the office of commission along with self attested prints of various documents by January 30 at any cost.

In the advertisement it has been said that they are inviting applicants for the total vacancy of 05 Posts. Out of it 4 is of Medical Officer and remaining one is of Medical Officer (Non-Medical).

MPPSC Medical Officer Recruitment Summary

MPPSC Medical Officer Eligibility:

Candidate is expected to hold at least MBBS Degree for hiring against Medical Posts and relevant qualification required for Non-Medical Posts.

MPPSC Medical Officer Salary & Age Limit

To be eligible for the job should have his/her age of at least 21 years, maximum capping is of 40 years. Age will be counted from January 01, 2021. Kindly note that age of superannuation is 62 years.

Medical Officer (Medical) will be paid under the scale of 15600-39100+6000 GP. Along with that they are also entitled to receive special salary of Rs 150 and 25% NPR.

Candidates who will work as Medical officer (Non – Medical) will be paid under same pay scale but they won’t enjoy NPR benefits like above one’s.

Selection Process:

Selection for the post of medical officer will depend on the performance of applicant in interview. Interview carries 100 marks total. Based on the total number of applicants, the Commission may conduct a selection test. If this happens in future , all the details will be given to the applicants by sms or on their website. Candidates are requested to keep checking site time to time to keep up with all the updates.

Minimum marks is 41% , set be commission, which each candidate is supposed to secure to get shortlisted in merit list. Numbers are much lesser for reserved categories, which is 31%. If selection test take place first rather that interview then in this case applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in test and interview, both will be counted.

• Reserved Category (SC/ST and OBC-NCL of Madhya Pradesh) – Rs 250
• GST charges amounting to Rs 40 and other portal charges have to be paid by the applicants.

Candidates may note that relaxations on the upper age limit are applicable as per government norms in detailed advertisement.
