UKSSSC Jail Guard Recruitment 2021: Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission has uploaded a notification in which they are inviting qualified candidates for the recruitment of Jail Guard vacancies for Group C. Notification was published on official site o 28 June 2021 i.e. www.sssc.uk.gov.in. Total 213 vacancies are there in the department in which 200 are of males and 13 of females. Candidates can apply for the recruitment from 01 July 2021.

Salary Structure

After the selection candidate will be recruited and they will work as Jail Guard. During the job they are entitled to receive Rs. 19900- 63200/- (Level-2) salary. Apart from salary there are some allowances and bonuus which will be provided during job tenure.

Education Qualification

Candidate must have completed 12th or equivalent passed qualification from a recognised school. Also candidate is expected to have knowledge of Devanagari Hindi

Age Limit

Applicant’s age should not be more than 35 and not younger than 21 years old to be eligible for the recruitment.

Selection Criteria

Candidate have to give written exam which is required for the selection of the candidate. Also their Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be taken to check physical ability followed by Document Verification and Medical Exam.

• Written exam will be taken through online mode and should be OMR based
• Negative marking is there. On each wrong answer 1/4 marks will be deducted

Candidate must have done graduation from recognized university. Those who want to apply for patwari post, age limit is 21 to 28 years as on 01 July 2020. For other posts it’s 21 to 35 Years.
