TNEGA Tnesevai Portal: Tamil Nadu government has launched online portal under their e-governance model to provide various government services on internet. TNegA stands for Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency, under which this portal works. It will decrease the workload of citizens as their is no need to go here and there in offices to apply for various documents and certificates.

TN Government is ensuring to strengthen the coputerisation of services in the state.
From Widow Certificate to Small / Marginal Farmer Certificate, you can apply for any of the document through online means using TNeGA Portal. Through e-Sevai arasu centres, government wants to serve all the services direct to the citizens no matter where they live in the state. TNESEVAI New User Registration
To make full use of TNeGA it’s must that one should know how to register themselves on it. Without registration you can’t get benefits of various government schemes and services. In this section you will lear about registration on tnesevai portal.
- First of all go to https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in
- Now on homepage look for login section
- Click on Citizen Login link
- Now look for link which says New User? SignUp here
- Click on that link to start registration process
- Now registration form will appear on screen
- Do fill all the entries and enter name, district, taluk, mobile no and so on
- After filing the registration form click on Sign Up button
- Now you will get further details to access your accout either on mobile or via email
How to Login on TNESEVAI
To take benefit of government portal it’s very important that one should know how he can access his account. In this section we will tell you how you can do login on TNeGA Portal. Do follow below steps to learn how you can log in your account. There are two types of login which you can do. First one is Franchise Login and other one is Citizen Login. You can login through citizen login using mobile number or without it.
TNeGA TNESEVAI Franchise Login
- First of all you have to go to TNESEVAI Portal: https://www.tnesevai.tn.gov.in
- Now homepage will appear on screen
- Look at right side of the page
- There you will get Sign In section
- Two options are there, Franchise Login and Citizen Login
- You have to click on Franchise Login button
- Now you have to enter user name and password
- Enter captcha code as given in image and click on Login button
- Finally franchise account will appear on screen
TNeGA TNESEVAI Citizen Login (without mobile)
- Go and open TNESEVAI Portal website
- Now click on Citizen Login button
- Citizen Login page will appear on screen
- Do enter username, password and captcha code as given in image
- After entering all the details click on Login button to access your account
TNeGA TNESEVAI Citizen Login (with mobile)
- Go and open TNESEVAI Portal website
- Now click on Citizen Login button
- Citizen Login page will appear on screen
- Now click on Login with Mobile Number link
- Now you have to enter your registered mobile number
- Click on Generate OTP button
- Enter OTP which you have received via SMS
- Click on verify OTP button to access tnesevai account
Incase if you don’t receive OTP via SMS then wait for a while or click on Generate OTP link to get OTP again on your mobile phone.
Check TNESEVAI Application Status
- First you have to go to tnesevai.tn.gov.in
- Now on homepage you have to do login using your credentials
- Now after that your account will be opened
- Look at top left corner of page
- There you will get check status link
- Click on it and Status page will appear on screen
- All you have to do is enter application number, service name, applicant name
- Now click on check status button
- Finally tnesevai application status will appear on screen
Find CSC Locations in TNESEVAI
- Firs of all open tneg tnesevai web portal
- After that look at top menu
- From menu click on Services Offered Link
- Now on new page you will get to see list of all the services provided on e-Sevai Centers
- There you will get to see a link which says CSC Locations
- Just click on that link
- Now CSC Locations page will be displayed on the screen
- There you have to select your district, then choose your Taluk
- Now you can see list of all the nearby CSC Centres along with their address

TNeGA TNESEVAI – Forgot Password
Don’t worry if you have lost or forgotten the login password of TNeGA Portal. Here we will guide you how you can reset the password easily just by following few steps.
- First you have to go to TN E Sevai Portal
- Now click on Citizen Login Link
- After that new page will appear where it will ask you to login
- Now click on Forgot Password link
- Now you will get four options to recover your password
- You can search by Login ID, Mobile No, Email ID, Aadhaar No.
