Apply for PSBTE 2021 Diploma Admission

PSBTE application form for admission will be available through official website which is online mode only. All the students are requested to go to Punjabteched Diploma website to start registration process. Do follow our short and sweet guide given below. Don’t skip any step in hurry and read patiently.

• To go for counselling first of all student have to register online . Fill all the details in the application form by following all the guidelines given by the board
• Candidate have to enter all the basic details about himself like address, email, academic record and so on
• Double check all the entries made by you. When satisfied, movie forward.
• Pay application Fee by digital instruments like BHIM UPI, Net banking, Debit Cards etc.
• Take print out of confirmation page and fee receipt for counselling
• Now schedule will be released by the board on their site of first round of counselling
• Appear in counselling on time given by officials
• Now after that wait for few days, Result will be declared
• If you get selected then you’ll get college of your choice as already locked during counseling
• Don’t forget to take print of Provisional Allotment Letter after selection
• Pay your institute fee before the last date to confirm your seat
• In the end each candidate will get Confirmation Page from the institute

Courses Fees

➨For Admission to First Year of Diploma Engineering, Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering & Part-time Diploma Courses (for all categories of candidates) Rs. 550/-

➨Diploma in Pharmacy/Modern Office Practice/Lateral Entry Admission to Second Year of Diploma Engineering & Part-Time Diploma Engineering (for Non-SC/ST Categories ) Rs. 1250/-

➨Diploma in Pharmacy/Modern Office Practice /Lateral Entry Admission to Second Year of Diploma Engineering &  Part-Time Diploma Engineering  (for SC/ST Categories ) Rs. 1000/-

All the candidates can pay their respective fee of diploma course through any digital instrument like BHIM UPI, Debit or Credit Card, Net Banking etc.

PSBTE 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the diploma and taking part in counselling do check eligibility criteria. If you are not eligible then there is no use of applying for the course and paying fee.

1. The admission to diploma level courses shall be made on the basis of the merit of the subjects Maths, Science and English with overall status pass in the matriculation examination.
2. The admission to First year of the four year Part Time Diploma Courses shall be made on the basis of relative merit of total marks obtained in Mathematics, Science and English subjects with overall pass in
   matriculation examination; and the candidate should be in employment at the time of admission with two years of work experience in a registered firm/company/industry on full time basis.
3. Apart from the above basic educational qualifications, the general eligibility criteria shall be as contained in Punjab Government, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training Notification
4. There is no lower or upper age limit for admission.
5. Reservations of seats in the affiliated institutions situated in Punjab shall be as per the policy of Government of Punjab, and for the institutes located at Chandigarh, the reservation shall be as per the policy of Chandigarh Administration.

PSBTE 2021 Result

Whenever PSBTE 2021 Result is announced by the Punjab education board, candidates can go to official site to check their score. To view your result first you have to select your course from the list and the enter your roll number.

PSBTE 2021 Counselling

• All the admissions under PSBTE 2021 will be done through online mode by NIC. Complete information is available on www.punjabteched.net and www.punjabteched.com
• To sit for counselling it’s necessary to register yourself on counselling website which is www.psbte.gov.in. Counselling schedule will be available soon on the website
• Those who will appear in counselling will have to choose their branches and college of their choice through web portal
• All the guidance will be given on the web portal which is menu-driven. You just have to follow all the instructions and make your selections.
• After selection candidate have to go to their allocated college and pay their admission fee to confirm his seat
