osepa.odisha.gov.in: Recently Odisha government has launched osepa online portal, through which all work related to education can be done and managed online. Osepa is the next step in taking e-governance to next level. Complete details regarding this newly launched portal is given here. In each section of the article we have explained how you can access your account and do registration on the portal. Osepa stands for Odisha state education program authority whose motive is to provide equal opportunity and distribution of content to everyone.
Rs. 25 crore has been allotted for this initiative which is equal to Rs. 400 for each student. Under this scheme, two pairs of uniform and a pair of shoes along with pair of socks will be given. Schools are directed to work according to new guidelines laid by OSEPA officials.
Under the new guidelines schools are asked to distribute uniforms and shoes to the students. Those schools who will do malpractices during the distribution or give cheap quality uniforms will face harsh action from upper authority. Regularly checks and surprise visits will take place to check the irregularities in the system.

Add New Student Data in OSEPA
- First of all go to OSEPA website: osepa.odisha.gov.in
- Now do selec extended MIS option or click here
- After that enter username and password to login into the portal
- Now new page will popup on screen
- Now click on student section which is present at top of page
- Now you will get to see multiple options
- Do select management link and after that fill of all the details of newly admitted student
- Enter school name, father name, mother name, address, date of birth, Aadhaar number and so on
- Now after entering all the details do click on submit button
- Now you will get student id in front of your screen
OSEPA Login Steps
In this section we will learn how one can login on Osepa Extended EMIS. Remember logging in emis extended portal is different then accessing account in OSEPA. There is a different website for opening your account in EMIS Portal which is http://emisosepa.odisha.gov.in. Follow below steps to learn how you can do login.
- First of all go to emisosepa.odisha.gov.in
- Now you are on the homepage
- There click on MIS Center link to access Management Information Center
- Head over to Extended EMIS Login form
- Now enter username and OSEPA Password which you have already got during registration
- Enter the captcha code as given in image
- Click on Sign In button
- Now your account will appear on device screen
View School Profile in OSEPPA Portal
Now you have learned how you can easily access your OSEPA Extended MIS Account. Now in this section we will learn about how to open school profile in OSEPA.
- Go and open OSEPA EMIS Account in your browser
- Now in your account look for school module link under dashboard
- Just click on it, do select the school and click on profile
- Now you have to enter district, block and UDISE Code
- Enter school categpry and other details
- Finally you can check school profile in Extended MIS Module of OSEPA
Edit / Update School Profile
You can easily edit or update your school profile in OSEPA MIS Portal. No need to go here and there or stand in long queue, that’s the benefit of digitalization. Do follow below steps to learn how you can edit or update school profile.
- First of all do login on OSEPA School EMIS Portal
- Now go to school profile section
- New page will appear on screen
- Click on edit button and select profile / infrastructure
- Now you can enter school profile information which you want to update
- Do submit the details and you are done

Registration on OSEPA
- For registration on OSEPA Portal go to http://osepa.odisha.gov.in
- Now on homepage scroll little bit
- Then look for extended MIS link on page
- Do click on that link
- Now enter username and password to login
- Do fill all the details about yourself like name, father name, complete address and so on
- Now upload all the details by clicking on Submit button
Features of EMIS OSEPA Portal
- First of all go to osepa emis portal: emisosepa.odisha.gov.in
- Now enter username and password to login on Extended MIS
- Now go to student section
- There you will get to see multiple options
- Do click on manage student to manage all the records of student and make changes
- Click on Admission option if you want to add data of newly admitted student
- For student assessment, click on assessment option

Access Teacher Profile
Till now we have written lot about the students and how the portal can help them. Now let’s talk about something for teachers. On OSEPA portal teachers can check their profile. Do follow below given steps to check teacher profile
- First of all go to https://ntse.scertodisha.nic.in
- Now on NTSE Odisha homepage do click on link which says teacher public view
- Then click on public view of school
- Do select deistrict, block from the list
- Select level of school
- Now enter captcha code as given in image
- Then click on blue colored submit button
- Finally teacher profile will appear on screen

Forgot Password of EMIS OSEPA
- First of all go to http://emisosepa.odisha.gov.in
- Now to login enter username and password
- If you forgot it then click on Forgot Password link present below Sign In button
- Now enter username and click on submit button
- After that email will be sent to your mailbox
- Go and open your email account associated with OSEPA
- Click on the mail which you have recived from them
- Now follow the link which is given in email to generate new password
- Do enter your new password which you want to set and submit it
- Finally your new password is set and now you can use it to do login on OSEPA
