HP Forest Guard Recruitment 2021: Himachal Pradesh Forest Department is inviting candidates for the recruitment against 311 vacancy in the department. All the recruitments will take place only on contract basis. Candidates can download the notification from 05 July 2021. Candidates are supposed to apply for the vacancies by going to official website which is hpforest.nic.in or forp.hp.gov.in.
Online apply window will be active from 06 July to 19 August 2021. After the selection candidates have to work in various districts of Himachal Pradesh. Only shortlisted candidates can participate in physical test which is scheduled on 21 September to 20 October 2021. Then written exam will be taken for those who will qualify in physical test on 31 October 2021.
After that document verification will happen from 27 November to 03 December 2021. Result date is already decided which is 04 Dec to 06 Dec 2021. Education Qualification
Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 12th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/ University.
Age Limit
Minimum age should be 18 years and candidate should not be older the 30 years on 01 August 2021. Those who are from SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH will get age relaxation as per govt. norms.

- Written Test – 85 Marks

- Chest without expansion – Men – 79 CM, Women – 74 CM
- Chest with expansion – Men – 84 CM, Women – 79 CM
HP Forest Guard Physical Test
Running
- Men – Distance – 100 Meter – Time – 14 second; Distance – 800 meter- Time; 2.45 Minute
- Female – Distance – 100 Meter – Time – 2.45 Second; Distance – 800 Meter – Time – 4.15 Minute
Exam Pattern
- Exam will take place only in offline mode
- 85 Objective types questions will be asked in the question paper
- 75 mins will be given to complete the written test
- Negative marking is not there
- You must have to carry black or blue pen while giving exam
Salary
Selected candidates are entitled to receive Rs. 9910/-
